Hourly Rates

Initial Hour (Including investigations) £95
Subsequent Hour (Quantity TBC) £66.50
Emergency (out of hours) 6pm-6am (isolation of fault only) £180

NOTE:

  • All works will be subject to parking/congestion charge and will be stated on all quotations.
  • Investigation works are a fixed price of £95 plus basic van stock materials if required. If additional labour or materials are required to rectify the fault, we will quote for accordingly.

Domestic EICR's for private customers

All EICR’s will be issued once carried out and followed up with quotations for C2 and C3 conditions separately. This is so customers can decide whether to carry out required remedial works to ensure passed certificate only (C2) or rectify all recommendations also (C3).

Domestic EICR's for Property Managers/Estate Agents

NOTE:

  • In the occurrence of a fault during an EICR, all prices include a 20-minute investigation in the hopes to either rectify on site or quote for accordingly when providing a remedials quote. If we are unable to locate the fault in this time, we will quote for a further investigation when providing the remedials quote as an obvious fault should be located within this time.

PAT Testing

All PAT testing will be charged separately as an hours labour (dependant on initial or subsequent) plus £2 per appliance. Commercial PAT testing will be subject to site survey.

VAT

All prices will be subject to VAT in the near future.
