Our Day-to-Day Work Includes

EICR's

All EICR reports are sent out upon completion along with the invoice and two separate quotations for recommendations (C3) and/or failed conditions (C2/Further Investigations) if required. All EICR’s are at a fixed rate, please enquire with the quantity of bedrooms within the property.

Remedial Works

As a reactive company, we ensure to undertake remedial work in the earliest appointment available. Please enquire with previous report and to photos if the condition report has been supplied by another company.

Consumer Unit Upgrades

All consumer unit upgrades are quoted for using RCBO’s and SPD to provide the latest additional protection and to ensure your property meets all current IET wiring regulations.

Smart Lighting

Inspection and Testing

Our engineers are fully qualified and have plenty of experience in the commercial and industrial sectors. Inspection and testing is necessary over a period of time and we’re here to help!

Investigation works/Fault Finding

Our investigation works are carried out at fixed prices. We guarantee to find the fault and look to repair on site. If additional materials and labour are required to rectify the issue, we will quote for accordingly. Please enquire for fixed prices.
